Standpoint Fights to Protect Privileged Communications at the Minnesota Supreme Court

Standpoint will appeal to protect privileged communications and keep a sexual assault organization’s victim records from being disclosed in court. This is a critical opportunity to clarify the law protecting victims’ privileged communications, thereby preserving the sexual assault advocate and victim relationship.
