Standpoint in the press - protecting survivor confidentiality

"A ruling is pending from the Minnesota Supreme Court after both sides made their arguments in April. Alexander said they've been waiting years for a case to make its way up to the Supreme Court to provide clarity on the law." Rana shared with the Star Tribune, "We know what happens when people are able to get access to their records: victims stop reporting."

Standpoint Executive Director, Rana Alexander, presented Oral Arguments earlier this month in a push to protect victim confidentiality. Read the full article here.

Wondering what your dollars do at Standpoint?
$10 provides victims with fidgets to use while testifying during protective orders. This is just one example of how your donations directly impact domestic and sexual violence victim-survivors in Minnesota.

If just 50 people donate $10 we'll complete our match and meet our monthly goal. Will you like/share this post?
