What is New Laws?
The single greatest source of up-to-date legal information related to domestic and sexual violence for: advocates, attorneys, law enforcement, court officials, and other professionals in Minnesota. Day One consists of Special Topics - this year they will be focused on: housing, immigration, and technology. Day Two outlines changes in statutory and case law, both in Minnesota and federally, that impact sexual and domestic violence justice.

Alexander said they've been waiting years for a case to make its way up to the Supreme Court to provide clarity on the law."
