Standpoint is offering DV/SV Immigration Technical Assistance Calls to advocates, case managers, and other service providers working with victim survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. These calls provide the opportunity to speak with Standpoint’s immigration attorney and experienced legal advocates about legal issues they encounter in their work with immigrant victim survivors, including safety planning considerations, accessing public benefits, determining immigration status, and potential legal remedies. Additionally, the hope is that these calls will help build a supportive community of service providers working with immigrant victim survivors of violence.
